E2 partnered with Bupa to reimagine what a health insurance space could be, designing a customer-centric Health Experience Centre in Perth that replaces the conventional retail model with an interactive, service-led environment.
Rather than a transactional shopfront, the space functions as a welcoming destination where customers can explore Bupa’s services, receive personalised health advice, and engage with the brand on their own terms.
E2 developed a strategic zoning framework that shaped both customer flow and operational function — creating clarity of purpose for visitors and staff alike. The result is a branded environment that sets a new industry benchmark, blending spatial design, customer journey mapping, and healthcare strategy into a cohesive experience.
This collaboration brought together E2’s expertise in immersive design and Bupa’s vision for a human-centred health offering, delivering a prototype for the future of healthcare retail environments.
