Australian Institute of Management (AIM) Workplace Design
A unique and resourceful learning environment for the leaders of tomorrow
The brief: to develop a holistic interior design concept that caters the needs of AIM’s various users
For over 75 years, more than 500,000 people Australia-wide have benefitted from the high level of training offered by Australian Institute of Management NSW and ACT. With close industry ties, it is the preferred training provider to more than half ASX2000 listed companies and organizations. AIM is Australia’s largest member organization for managers and leaders.
e2 were engaged as part of a holistic program to create a unique interior design concept for the Australian Institute of Management Canberra Campus. The space was required to cater to the needs of the institutions various users including members, students, staff and guests.
The concept was a result of a series of workshops in addition to the development of a detailed strategy brief outlining the Australian Institute of Management’s unique customer journey.
After working closely with key stakeholders, e2 was able to determine the brand’s core differentiator, and in doing so, create an environment that stimulated new thinking as well as generate, develop and test new ideas. e2s high level thinking was infused into the school facility design, capitalizing on the Australian Institute of Managements opportunity to build a new school site. The design created by e2 would form a prototype for the organization and inform future directions.
