COMMONWEALTH BANK
Australia’s largest bank commissioned us to create
a revolutionary branch design: the Branch of the Future. Typically, the branch experience is mundane and memorable for all the wrong reasons. The bank recognised this and wanted to redress the balance.

In the new, prototype branch,
our team created a blurring of the customer/employee divide,
with the concierge occupying
the pivotal front-of-house position. This service-led approach leads
to a significantly improved customer experience.
