Concierge Desks
The concierge desk serves as the only touchpoint within the Westfield shopping centres where the brand is able to communicate directly with shoppers. With over 140 individual functions, the existing desk design was not meeting the current and future needs of shoppers.
Westfield approached us to design a desk that conveyed their brand in a physical presence. It also needed to deliver on all current functions as well as be adaptable for future needs. To achieve this, our team spent weeks observing the desk and understanding staff functions.
Our solution was to create four different prototypes, followed by global guidelines for staff best practice, in order to maintain a consistency of tone and brand values across the experience.
