QANTAS CENTRE OF SERVICE EXCELLENCE
Qantas asked us to design an environment that would communicate their product and service offerings to 18,000 employees as well as stakeholders through a new Centre of Service Excellence.

An existing 5,000sqm space
was completely transformed from an engineering apprenticeship training centre into a state-of-the-art brand experience environment. Within the space, employees are immersed in a multi-sensory brand experience that includes a 126-seat theatre, simulated training pods, a central breakout piazza for networking and collaboration, five customer experience zones, an internet zone for eLearning, and purpose-built rooms for wine,
food preparation and
presentation training.
