Following Westpac’s merger with St.George in 2008, BT Financial Group became Australia’s largest wealth manager. We won a three-way pitch to design and execute an internal engagement programme that would educate 3,700 delegates on the differences across their portfolio of financial products and service brands.
As a solution, we developed a multi-sensory experiential campaign to excite and engage all 3,700 delegates across Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane and Melbourne. This ambitious internal engagement programme is one of the largest ever undertaken by an Australian company.
