- "When you take an incredibly unique concept like OPSM Eye Hub,
with the focus of providing an equally unique and engaging customer
experience, the design of the store is absolutely key. What we were looking for architecturally though was much more than just design.
We needed a partner who really understood what we wanted to achieve – from the customer's perspective, the moment a customer walked through the door, and every step of their in-store experience. And, of course,
the impact from visual design to match this. It was clear from the very beginning the team at e2 were as excited as we were to bring this retail innovation to life.
The e2 team was pretty much given a blank sheet of paper to create
a design that would work on all levels. The result is truly spectacular!
With the opening of OPSM Eye Hub, we set out to create the Future
of Retail – from a business concept and customer experience to the design impact. Through collaboration with our partners including e2,
we have certainly achieved this."

- "The VB Pop-Up Pub was hands down our most successful campaign to date. We received an overwhelming response from customers enquiring about where and how to get their hands on it. We’ve come a long way from the radio controlled dolls in 2009 and are thrilled with the new brand positioning our experiential pub has opened the door to."

- "e2 was commissioned to upgrade the visual imagery for one of Australia’s largest menswear retailers, Tarocash – a process that encompassed store design, POS and poster design, logo adjustment, website upgrade and catalogue development.
They took the time to understand the brand, target market, corporate culture and strategic requirements, and maintained a synergistic approach to how the brand was portrayed through the various touchpoints.
e2 has a true team spirit, both internally and with their clients, and
I found the team to be professional, positive, creative and collaborative.
From a design point of view they pushed boundaries, but welcomed
client input and were happy to pull back when required.
I look forward to the opportunity of working with them again."

- "In 2008 we decided to re-brand our 'classic' furniture range for the Asian marketplace. We approached several international companies in China, UK and Japan that we had used before. We also approached e2 and though we had not worked together before the team impressed us with their portfolio of successful international work.
e2's initial pitch demonstrated the best understanding and appreciation of Herman Miller's design history and culture. e2 conducted workshops in both Australia and Japan with Herman Miller staff and our dealer partners to devise a total solution that covered product labeling to retail showroom display.
The design process, termed 'rigour' by Alex Ritchie drew out from Herman Miller a solution that one of our most famous designers, Charles Eames would have called “the way it shouldbeness". I would have no hesitation in using e2 again."

- "The Australia-Indonesia Facility for Disaster Reduction (AIFDR) recently worked with the great team at e2 to develop a corporate branding package for a new Australian Government (AusAID) Facility based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The logo and branding package designed by e2 achieved the aim of reflecting the serious, yet upbeat and positive nature of the Facility's work in the Disaster Risk Reduction field.
During the design process, the e2 team was engaging, innovative, patient and responsive to our ever-changing requests. They were committed to working with us through the design process to understand our specific needs and consistently offered design options that were well researched and right on target.
Overall, the success of establishing the AIFDR as a key player in the Disaster Risk Reduction field will be initially in great part due to the hard work and competence of the team at e2 – a sincere thank you to you all and a big well done from all the staff at the AIFDR!!"

- "e2 was engaged at the very early stages of our organisation’s establishment and with an empathetic and professional approach helped to develop our brands quickly. e2 made the client/provider relationship feel more like a collaborative partnership.
e2 has delivered branding and creative items that I believe confidently and proudly represent the essence and vision of our business.
Gone are the days of the large ‘brand’ agency. Enter the firms that have
a specific focus on a quality outcome. I am pleased to say e2 sits firmly
in this camp. The e2 team makes their clients look outstanding, not just
as a result of the product or service they sell but because of the experience they create for their customers."

- "I would have no hesitation in recommending e2 for any job – big or small. Their focus and dedication to providing the best outcome for the client is apparent in all they do.
The high level of professionalism and focus on customer service that
the e2 team offers is in my opinion, unsurpassable in the industry.
They impress us with their adaptability, diversity and willingness
to take on new and complex challenges.
They provide functional and efficient design solutions, excellent documentation and co-ordination of specialist consultants. We find them very approachable and they provide prompt responses to our requests, especially with our demanding time schedules.
We appreciated the excellent service provided by e2 by running
the process from start to finish. We now have a functional and more enjoyable place to work with a real advertising agency feel which
is evident in our staff performance."
