Following the success of our partnership with CBA to design
the Bank of the Future, we were invited to present at the Excellence in Retail Financial Services 2010 Convention in Shanghai on March 18th.
Key themes of the convention were the changing needs of the consumer, the role of social media and how technology continues to free up space in retail banking.
David Grant entertained the crowd with his insight and humour alongside the likes of Interbrand and Kaplan Consulting. |
