IAG engaged the e2 Group to design their NRMA in-branch
customer experience, with the objective of creating stronger connections with future customer segments.

The project kicked off with the strategy team examining the NRMA brand and how it differentiated itself from competitors in the insurance category.

 
The longevity of the NRMA brand in the market commanded trust, but the true differentiator was its role in the community, which needed to be dialled up
in the customer experience.

The resulting customer experience was bold in comparison to traditional insurance retail environments.
