Our strategic partner, Meme, set out to deliver internal engagement programmes that are both effective and appealing.

Kate Messenger will lead the initiative with our Directors and explains Meme's founding objective as: "When it comes to engaging employees in an organisation's brand or customer services, we saw some programmes that were strategic, credible and sustained and others that used showmanship and theatre to make the learning interesting  and enjoyable, but hardly any that successfully reconciled the two."
So Meme sets out to design
and deliver programmes that are both credible and compelling – smart and sexy".

Meme's first project has been
an internal engagement programme with BT Financial Group. The experiential programme was carried out with 3700 employees in the execution of multi-brand strategy and differentiated brand experiences.
