It is synonymous with excellence and the brand prides itself on the ability to deliver its customers the ultimate service experience, both in the air and on the ground.

Our team were given the challenge of bringing to life the Qantas brand as part of a $10 million training and development initiative.
The space needed to be a hub where all employees, from sales through to cabin crew, pilots and airport staff could learn about customer service excellence.

The article released in Indesign Magazine this month details the design and development undertaken in creating the 5000 square metre space south of Sydney CBD.
