In the first part of our talk series at Melbourne’s State of Design festival this year, creative strategist David Grant led the panel discussion in our annual Experience Corner event. Centered around the online versus in-store retail debate, the discussion focused on how customer experience design could move customers between virtual and physical environments.
 
Joined by Jennifer Cook, AMP Capital Shopping Centre’s national customer experience manager, Telstra’s general manager of digital and social media, Midu Chandra, and design director for digital agency Boffswana, Stephen Van Elt, our managing director, Robbie Robertson, explored the facilities for creating seamless customer experiences on-line and in-store, and how these are harnessed to engage and captivate the consumer to willfully spend.
