AMP Financial Planning asked us to organise and guide them through an experiential customer journey space as a thought provoker for their “customer field trip” amongst the new customer experience department.
After a short presentation at our studio, we kicked off the tour with lunch in Potts Point, followed by site visits to some live best practice examples in retail across the eastern suburbs, Camperdown and CBD. |
Led by our creative director, Alex Ritchie, and creative strategist, Sonja Kallstrom, the AMP team was encouraged to immersive themselves in each environment, examining products and talking to staff, as a means of applying effective practices across industries.
